We’re seeking experienced RNs and LPNs who are dependable, professional, compassionate, and confident caring for medically complex patients in the home.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide total patient care in the home setting
- Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Administer medications via G-tube
- Perform skilled nursing assessments and interventions
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Educate and support patients and their families
- Accurately document care and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
We’re Looking For:
✔ Ventilator & tracheostomy experience required
✔ Self-starter with excellent critical thinking skills
✔ Reliable, professional, and compassionate
✔ Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
✔ Current Michigan RN or LPN license
Available Shifts:
- Days: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Days: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Nights: 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM
